Join us on this journey of building a house of lifestyle brands. About the Role The Fashion Merchandiser will own the end-to-end tracking of new product developments—from sampling to pre-production. You will work closely with the Design, Sourcing, and Production teams to maintain product data accuracy, monitor SKU progress, coordinate daily updates, and ensure timely execution. This role is central to Aramya’s fast design-to-launch cycles and requires strong attention to detail, technical understanding of women’s ethnic wear, and seamless cross-functional coordination. Roles & Responsibilities - Create and maintain a list of all New Samples with necessary details and maintain a seamless record of the Resource Library - Update Product Master sheets basis SKUs in working (Design + Bulk) - Align and coordinate with the Design Team to keep track of New Developments - Keep a tight Track of the progress of New Designs from the Sourcing stage to the Final PP stage - Create regular reports of the Design and sampling status and submit them to the Head of Design and Head of Brand - Be a catalyst between Designers and all other departments for day-to-day communication and updates - Ensure the accuracy of Product Data with the Actual product in terms of fabric, color, embroidery and other significant attributes - Help designers keep track of costing and product Mix while designing new product - Make edits and corrections on regular basis as and when required by Design Team - Be familiar with technical and creative nuances of Women’s apparel Key Qualifications and Skills - 2+ years of relevant work experience in Women’s Ethnic/Fashion Brand. - Complete technical knowledge of Women’s Apparel wrt Fabrics, Surface Embellishments, Dyeing and Printing Techniques, quality and sampling process. - Good understanding of Excel and Adobe Illustrator. - Detail and output-oriented. - Excellent Team skills. - Strong observational & analytical ability. - Passionate about fashion with a keen eye for trends in women’s ethnic wear.
