Roles and Responsibilities : - Conducted induction training programs for new joiners which includes medical, product as well as selling skills - Train MRs, ABMs, RBMs & prepare them for the field. - Provide them On the Job Training on field. - Conducted comprehensive training needs assessments across various departments, collaborating with department heads and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and future requirements - Induction to new joinees by imparting them medical knowledge & brand knowledge.
