We are the biggest name in the UK credit union market with the two largest Credit Unions in the UK on the Amplifi platform. We at Amplifi Capital want to go beyond that, aiming to be the biggest player in the UK personal loan market for the near prime segment. Standing out against our competitors, being at the forefront of personal loans market.

We don’t just want to stop there, with the launch of the Reevo Money and our anticipated credit card product in mid-2024 we are expanding our footprint in the near prime lending space.

The Role:

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will contribute to the design, coding, testing and implementing Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members. You will work closely with experienced individuals across Salesforce development and project teams. You will gain hands-on experience and learn key skills in different areas of Salesforce configuration and development. Ideally this person will know best practices, some challenges which may arise and help guide our team through the integration process.

Responsibilities:

- Work with Product Managers to understand and analyze business needs
- Mentor Junior Salesforce Developers and guide corresponding tech leads
- Architect / Solutionist solutions on Salesforce Lightning Platform
- Help us maintain the in-house loans, savings platform and build new credit card platform
- Perform Code Reviews and Design Architecture reviews
- Integrate third-party components into the solution
- Help Optimizing and re-factoring existing code
- Make us more TDD and BDD

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience on Salesforce Lightning Platform, Service Cloud
- Experience in building reusable lightning web and aura components
- Platform Developer 1 , Admin and Designer Architect certs
- Extensive Experience in writing High-quality Apex code following Object Oriented Programming paradigm
- Extensive Experience in Test Driven Development /Behaviour Driven Development
- Experience in making event-driven architecture using CDC , Platform Events, KAFKA , SQS/SNS , Eventbrige
- Experience with SFDX and 2nd generation unlocked packages
- Expertise with GIT
- Working Knowledge of Agile , Scrum and Kanban

Further desirable skills and experience

- Platform Developer 2 , Javascript Developer 1 Certification, Service cloud certification, Community Cloud(Experience ) Certification
- Experience in working with Apex Enterprise Pattern
- Fintech Experience in Lending
- Marketing Cloud Knowledge and experience
- Experience in writing Jest Test for LWC
