Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning our HR strategy with business objectives, providing strategic HR support to senior management, and driving organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and execute HR initiatives such as talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with HR Operations teams (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation & benefits) to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions on various HR topics including diversity and inclusion, employee relations, and leadership development.
- Conduct investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to management.
- Stay current with HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and proactively address emerging issues. Coach and mentor HR team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Master's degree in HR (Preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6+ years in a strategic HR business partner role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Proven track record of effectively partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational change and achieve business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for action. Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals.
