Job Description Job Title: Senior Finance Manager Location: Kochi, Kerala (Onsite/Hybrid) Reports to: Managing Director Role Summary Aeden Fruits International Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior Finance Manager to join our leadership team. The right candidate will have robust experience in fundraising, IPOs, venture capital, and advanced expertise in foreign exchange (forex) management, hedging strategies, and cost optimization for international transactions. You will play a key role in scaling our business globally, ensuring financial governance, and driving strategic growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead capital-raising initiatives: private equity, venture capital, debt funding, and identify, pitch, and negotiate with investors. - Develop and execute strategies for fundraising to support organizational growth, product launches, and market expansion. - Manage the IPO planning and execution process, collaborating with investment bankers, legal, and regulatory advisors. - Build and maintain relationships with VC/PE funds, banks, and financial institutions. - Oversee all forex operations, including currency risk management and hedging strategies for international contracts and payments. - Implement cost-cutting mechanisms focused on optimizing international transaction fees, banking costs, and cross-border payment efficiency. - Develop, analyze, and present advanced financial models and forecasts for both domestic and international business scenarios. - Create compelling investor reports, pitch decks, and presentations. - Ensure regulatory compliance for fund raising, IPOs, and international financial transactions (SEBI, RBI, MCA, FEMA). - Prepare the organization for due diligence, M&A, and investment activities. - Monitor global financial trends and regulatory changes to mitigate currency risk. - Lead finance operations: budgeting, audits, tax planning, and reporting. Required Qualifications & Experience - CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / Equivalent qualification. - 8+ years experience in finance with substantial exposure to fundraising, IPO, VC/PE deals, AND hands-on experience in forex management and hedging. - Proven record implementing hedging solutions, managing multi-currency accounts, and controlling international transaction costs. - Excellent knowledge of SEBI, RBI, MCA, FEMA, and global regulatory compliance. - Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Advanced Excel, ERP, and financial analysis tools mastery. - Experience in global business environments and international finance operations. Desirable Skills - FMCG/Agri-business sector experience preferred. - International capital markets exposure. - Certified in forex/treasury management. - Network with investment banks, currency managers, and PE/VC contacts.
