Now, we're hiring for our Founder's Office — a role for someone who wants to operate at the highest level of business strategy, execution, and impact.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO across high-stakes business problems and strategic priorities.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, product, finance, and growth — from 0 to 1.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business modeling to support critical decisions.
- Help define and track key metrics across departments and create dashboards to monitor company health.
- Collaborate with leadership to define OKRs, GTM strategies, and internal systems/processes.
- Own special projects — from strategic partnerships and fundraising support to internal culture and hiring.
Who You Are
- A first-principles thinker with hustle in your DNA.
- Excellent written & verbal communicator with strong business acumen.
- Analytical with a comfort for ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to wear multiple hats.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Prior experience in early-stage startups, strategy consulting, VC, or product roles is a bonus.
