Job Responsibilities

- Engage with identified Enterprise/SMB accounts provided by TATA in India region with ability to work in a complex environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the client s products(Network, Cloud, Security Unified communication), license/services offerings, and software compliance in messages to customers
- Account Mapping in terms of Decision makers and influencers for defined product line of TATA
- Convert campaign leads into sales opportunities through tele contact with customers
- Interact with internal stakeholders to get the leads accepted, or understand in case it is not accepted and plough back the learnings.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Street-Smart candidates with Excellent Communication/Written skills with ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Identify priority accounts and connects with them through the appropriate communication channels to determine budgets and timelines
- Establish and successfully build a network with specialists and sales/service advisors
- Escalate customer queries to respective stakeholder and get it to closure.
- Minimum Work-Exp of 1+ Years in IT sales background
