SAP PI PO Consultant

About the Role We are seeking a skilled SAP PI PO Consultant with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the development of SAP PI/PO based integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks while demonstrating the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements. Responsibilities - Must have at least 5 years hands-on experience in development of SAP PI/PO based integration solutions. - Must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in development of SAP and Ariba Integration, SAP and Success Factor Integration using any Direct Addon SAP PI/PO, etc. - Involved in all phases of the lifecycle including POC, blueprinting, mapping, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support. - Demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and delivering middleware solutions for interfaces between various SAP and non-SAP applications. - Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks. - Identifies key drivers of a defined straightforward problem and proposing solutions. - Create and maintain technical specifications from functional/business requirements for all integration/development work. - Strong skills in SAP PI/PO design and development. - Experience in connecting PI/PO to both SAP and multiple non-SAP systems. - Experience with PI/PO components such as System Landscape Directory (SLD), Enterprise Service Repository (ESR), Integration Directory (ID). - Experience in the configuration of adapters such as JMS, JDBC, SFTP, SOAP, IDOC, Proxy, FTPS, web services, and other Integration Builder objects. - Experience with designing and implementing SAP PI/PO Java mapping and graphical mapping. - Working familiarity with web services including SOAP and API management. - Experience with BPM, BRM design, and modeling. - Knowledge of transport management and alert configuration including the AIF. - Working understanding of security standards including SAML. - Experience with various programming/scripting languages: JAVA, Python, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of multiple operating systems including Linux and Windows. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate job-related processes to internal and external customers. - Must be self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail-oriented. - Must have proven ability to set and follow priorities and timelines. - Experience in working in an onshore-offshore model. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of capabilities in recent releases of SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway, etc. - Exposure with data mapping and/or data interface development.
