Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience specializing in SuccessFactors OnBoarding within the Utilities domain. The role is hybrid allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our onboarding processes ensuring seamless integration and efficiency. This position does not require travel allowing for a stable work-life balance. Responsibilities - Develop and implement SuccessFactors OnBoarding solutions tailored to the Utilities domain to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. - Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet specific organizational needs and improve onboarding processes. - Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors OnBoarding with existing systems ensuring data consistency and process automation. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality reliability and user satisfaction. - Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors OnBoarding addressing any issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors updates and industry trends recommending improvements and innovations. - Document technical specifications configurations and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference. - Train and mentor junior developers and team members sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative environment. - Engage with stakeholders to provide insights and updates on project progress ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations. - Optimize onboarding workflows to enhance user experience and streamline new employee integration. - Utilize analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all development activities. Qualifications - Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors OnBoarding demonstrating the ability to configure and customize solutions effectively. - Have a strong understanding of the Utilities domain with the ability to apply domain-specific knowledge to onboarding processes. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Exhibit strong communication skills capable of collaborating with diverse teams and conveying technical concepts clearly. - Show a commitment to continuous learning staying abreast of new technologies and industry developments. - Display proficiency in documenting technical processes and maintaining detailed records for future reference.
