About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and support construction projects across the US, Australia, and Europe. The applicant should have a proven record in global project coordination, familiarity with digital project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Asana), and strong cross-cultural communication abilities. Job Title: Project Coordinator - International Construction Projects (US) Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office Only) Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Work from Office), Monday to Friday Experience Required: 3–6 Years Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor project activities, deliverables, and schedules across multiple time zones. - Manage communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely updates. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (schedules, RFIs, transmittals, change orders, progress reports, and meeting notes). - Utilize construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Procore) to track progress and generate reports. - Assist in budget control, cost tracking, and resource allocation. - Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively. - Coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure effective communication with international stakeholders. - Contribute to process improvement and best practices for international project coordination. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - 3–6 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination or management, preferably in international markets (US, Australia, Europe). - Strong understanding of construction project workflows, documentation, and scheduling tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional command of English. - Ability to multitask and handle multiple project priorities efficiently. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. - Comfortable working in night shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST) to align with overseas clients.
