Microsoft 365 is a key part of Microsofts cloud strategy and the overall mission of empowering people and organizations to achieve more The Amplify team ensures the customer support experience is best in class by managing the entire admin and support ecosystem including the Microsoft 365 admin center support entry point experience AI-driven self-help support agent tooling Assist 365 diagnostics proactive support insights and support data availability We are looking for an innovative analytical Product Manager II capable of owning features and strategies that drive discontinuous changes in our customer satisfaction Key areas of ownership include building and scaling out a proactive support insight offering powered by AI and our support data This role offers the opportunity to join a team that is authoring experiences and tools to empower M365 teams to serve customers You will work with a dynamic group of growth-minded PMs and Engineers focused on identifying critical scenarios to support Microsoft 365 teams If you are looking to make a big impact grow a ton and have fun doing it you could be the right person for the job We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive Microsofts mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more As employees we come together with a growth mindset innovate to empower others and collaborate to realize our shared goals Each day we build on our values of respect integrity and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond Responsibilities Engage with your target audience to understand their needs from support insights Define an ML AI-powered experience to serve the identified needs Partner with data science and analytics teams to create new high-impact insights and enablement for partner teams Refine and scope requirements for user experience front-end based on deep empathy for the user journey and needs delivering world-class partner enablement toolsets Build strong working relationships with engineering teams across geos Drive operational processes for capturing prioritizing and removing product adoption blockers Support our goals for diversity and inclusion through everyday actions and communications Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree AND 2 years experience in product service project program management or software development OR equivalent experience Experience in running complex matrixed projects including detailed product management and interpersonal negotiations Hands on experience with AI and its latest developments Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft customer and or government security screening requirements are required for this role These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings Microsoft Cloud Background Check This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire transfer and every two years thereafter Preferred Qualifications Experience working with teams that deliver software products or services Knowledge of AI-powered conversational experiences is welcome as it will enhance the role s effectiveness Advanced skills in leveraging standard product management methodology to produce successful outcomes Ability to hold others accountable for on-time deliverables while working independently across multiple organizations Navigating complex organization structures with loose affiliations and conflicting priorities Negotiating common ground and compromise to drive prioritization of key asks and deliverables Excellent communication skills both verbal written with an ability to listen and distill information into partner insights and tailor your message to different audiences Proven track record of going technically deep and delivering cloud scale technologies Experience with prototyping wireframing tools to quickly communicate ideas to key stakeholders Stellar cross group collaboration Demonstrated ability to use data to influence drive decisions Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age ancestry color family or medical care leave gender identity or expression genetic information marital status medical condition national origin physical or mental disability political affiliation protected veteran status race religion sex including pregnancy sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws regulations and ordinances If you need assistance and or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or the recruiting process please send a request via the Microsoft
