About the Role

As a Data Scientist at Styli, you will focus on building recommendation systems, personalization models, and AI-driven experiences to enhance how customers discover fashion. You will play a key role in advancing Styli’s personalization journey across search, recommendations, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize recommendation engines to personalize product discovery.

• Develop models for personalization across homepages, search, marketing, and notifications.

• Work on predictive models for customer segmentation, lifetime value, and churn.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production at scale.

• Stay current with advances in AI/ML and evaluate their potential applications at Styli.

• Partner with Product Managers to translate business needs into ML solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in Data Science roles, preferably in e-commerce or consumer tech.

• Strong background in ML algorithms, recommendation systems, and personalization.

• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

• Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, Hive, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
