MobiusEngine.ai is hiring a client-facing recruiting consultant to support new users during onboarding. You'll work directly with job seekers to understand their goals, improve their job search strategies, and create customized job application trackers. This role is perfect for someone with deep knowledge of U.S. recruiting, job functions across industries, and LinkedIn recruiting tools.
What You'll Do:
- Onboard new clients with personalized 1:1 sessions
- Review résumés, goals, and experience to align job search strategies
- Create and manage job trackers tailored to each client's career path
- Guide clients on how to use LinkedIn, job boards, and Mobius tools effectively
- Share insight on job market trends, recruiter expectations, and targeting tactics
Must-Have Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in U.S. recruiting, career coaching, or talent advising
- Familiarity with job functions across tech, business, operations, and more
- Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing methods
- Strong communication and empathy; highly organized and client-focused
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with spreadsheets, Airtable, or applicant tracking tools
- Career coaching, resume review, or hiring manager exposure
- Knowledge of job search automation or AI recruiting tools
