Admission Counsellor

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a passion for education and the ability to guide prospective students through the admissions process Key Responsibilities Student Engagement Communicate with prospective students and their families to provide information about our programs admissions process and campus life Application Assistance Guide students through the application process including the submission of required documents and forms Admissions Interviews Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate the qualifications and fit of prospective students Event Coordination Organize and participate in admissions events such as open houses campus tours and information sessions Record Keeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students and their application statuses Collaboration Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process Outreach Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract a diverse and talented pool of applicants Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Education Marketing Communication or a related field Previous experience in admissions counseling or a related role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and admissions software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education admissions Knowledge of CRM systems and data management Bilingual or multilingual skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
