Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and proactiveAdmin Executiveto manage day-to-day administrative tasks and support the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Oversee general office operations and ensure the office environment is well-maintained. - Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence. - Maintain inventory and order office supplies and stationery as needed. - Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff and visitors. - Handle courier and logistics services (incoming/outgoing). - Maintain records and files physical and digital in an organized manner. - Assist with organizing internal events, meetings, and conferences. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance (electricians, housekeeping, AMC vendors, etc.). - Support HR/Admin with onboarding arrangements (ID card, desk allocation, etc.) for new employees. - Monitor and ensure adherence to office safety and cleanliness protocols. Required Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration or related field). - 24 years of experience in an administrative or front office role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Preferred Attributes - Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Energetic, proactive, and willing to take initiative. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
