They focus on building scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital applications leveraging Power Platform, SharePoint, and related M365 services. The team collaborates closely with global clients to modernize workflows, automate processes, and enhance productivity using low-code/no-code technologies. Job Description Develop, customize, and support applications using PowerApps (Canvas/Model-Driven) Build automation workflows using Power Automate Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, data handling, and performance tuning across Power Platform & M365 Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions Ensure best-practice implementation, documentation, and governance compliance Mandatory Skills ✔ Strong hands-on experience with PowerApps , Power Automate , and SharePoint Online ✔ Ability to perform troubleshooting, data handling, and maintenance in Power Platform & Microsoft 365 ✔ Good understanding of M365 environment and integration patterns ✔ Experience working with business users and cross-functional teams Good to Have • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook integrations • Basic understanding of Dataverse • Familiarity with Power BI for dashboards and simple reporting Important Note (Please Read Before Applying) Do NOT apply if: You have less than 5 years or more than 8 years of relevant experience You do NOT have hands-on experience in PowerApps + Power Automate + SharePoint You are not comfortable working in Bangalore/Kochi Your notice period is more than 15 days You come from non-Power Platform / unrelated backgrounds ✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
