Job Description Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in compliance, employee retention, and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Construction, Infrastructure, or Management Consulting industries and a proven ability to manage the end-to-end HR function. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and ensure statutory and labor law compliance. - Drive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring goals. - Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs. - Manage performance evaluation and HR operations effectively. - Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives. - Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation as per standards. - Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Requirements: - MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources. - 57 years of relevant HR experience. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and recruitment best practices. - Excellent communication and people management skills.
