OverviewThis role supports the MDG DSO for PBNA Objectives of the role is to support Incidents request and enhance MDG Change Requests for Material BP RTR Master Data Specific deliverables include Delivery of MDG BRFplus rules for Material BP and RTR Master Data EnhancementsPrepare Collaborate with other sector DSO and project team membersFlexible Framework Change Request configuration for Material BP and RTR Master Data ResponsibilitiesAccountabilitiesPartner with Global Process IT Functional and Technical teams to support BP Customer process design for the S 4 Global Template MDG end-to-end solution including understanding impacts to existing PepsiCo global master data business process solutions already in place and offering alternatives for flexibility optimization simplification and reuse in Functional Design DocumentsPartner with the Global Template Master Data Governance leads and specialists to translate BP and RTR business process requirements into flexible functional and technical solutions that may be easily extended for subsequent business implementationsPartner with BP and RTR Functional DDI Leads to ensure critical high-impact master data attributes and process standards are properly documented and agreed upon and that critical data rules are translatedProvides hands on BRFplus rules MDGIMG and Flexible Framework configurationHelp to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration automation of testing and delivery and continuous peer review within teams Develop user stories and critical test scenarios for major configurable variances in the BP and RTR Data maintenance processParticipate in Sprint planning execution retrospectives and other key ceremoniesPrimary Techical design for BRF business rules integrated with SAP MDG- DecidePrimary technical design for MDG Data Model Governance Scope for BP RTR - Consult Decide QualificationsMandatory Technical Skills SAP ABAP Expertise - Function Modules Business Objects Classes IDOCs BADIs SAP Workflow Graphical Workflow Builder and constructors SAP Event Management including Status Management Change Docs Business Transaction Events BRF Application Development Integration SAP Workflow Configuration expertise SAP Security knowledge required and security within SAP Workflow Knowledge of Extended Notifications SAP Workflow Administration and debugging in large production environments Knowledge of MDG Configurations and Customizations in areas like Data Modeling UI Modeling Process Modeling Data Replication Framework Key Mapping rules and derivations SAP Web Dynpro and Floor Plan Manager a plus Mandatory Non-technical Skills Experience working in large scale Enterprise Programs and complex cross matrix environment Prior experience working with global SAP solutions across Sectors managing a global team to ensure minimizing any local change impacts Functional knowledge and understanding of master data elements and processes per the necessary in-scope data domain i e Material Supplier Customer and Finance Strong communication and presentation skills able to persuade and influence others at all organization levels and the ability to foster lasting partnerships Ability to translate business requirements into SAP MDG and SAP Workflow dependencies and or gaps Strong Project Management experience Develop and enhance SAP PGT Workflow solutions maximizing shared code and common design patterns across platforms Provide Solution Governance to projects - Provide input and recommendations to solution design Perform design and code reviews Organize and lead Proof of Concepts to demonstrate new and upcoming technologies Identify and develop global reusable components and services Soft skills Ability to arbitrate difficult decisions and drive consensus through a diplomatic approach Efficient and effective written verbal communication skills Must be a team player able to drive consensus in an environment when roles and responsibilities are not always perfectly clear Manage change in an evolving organization Ability to bring structure to unstructured situations Comfortable incorporating external perspectives Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency who welcomes responsibility Outside the box thinker with a can do positive attitude Ability to independently plan and organize development work deliverables
