Skills and Qualifications - 4-8 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field. - Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and menu planning. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficient in financial management and cost control. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry. - Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
