Job Description Description The Food and Beverage Executive will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability. Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. - Develop and implement effective menus and pricing strategies. - Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and hygiene. - Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting. - Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. - Work closely with marketing to promote food and beverage offerings. Skills and Qualifications - 4-8 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field. - Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and menu planning. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proficient in financial management and cost control. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry. - Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
