About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Advertising Operations Associate/Analyst to be the operational backbone of our media monetization strategy. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver with a strong passion for the ad-tech ecosystem and a knack for process efficiency. You will be critical in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and profitable execution of our indirect ad inventory, acting as the central liaison between ad ops, product, technical and business teams.

Work Responsibilities

- Indirect Team Operations: Own daily operational tasks including sanity checks, daily GAM reporting, and maintaining operational dashboards.
- Data & Reporting: Fulfill ad-hoc internal data requests, create and distribute sales dashboards and standard reports.
- Process & Quality Control: Assist in audit/QC processes and maintain up-to-date operational documentation.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary link between teams (Tech, Ad Ops, Design, QC) to ensure smooth task execution and solution feasibility.
- Project Management: Track deliverables, communicate status updates clearly, and manage stakeholder alignment on project timelines and outcomes.

Skills, Experience & Expertise

- Excellent Communication skills.
- Expertise in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Proven ability in Stakeholder Management.
- Basic understanding of Yield Optimization principles.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Google data studio etc.
- Strong capacity for multitasking and problem-solving in operational scenarios.
- Direct experience supporting a global or large-scale media/publisher operation.
- Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets, including creating formulas and utilizing Pivot Tables.
- Deep understanding of the Ad Ecosystem, Ad Network, and Indirect Inventory management.

Eligibility

05 years of experience in Ads Operations, Ad-Tech, or Digital Marketing Support.

Grad or Post Grad.
