Job Summary We re looking for a talented Trade Operations Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring complex international trade transactions The role will ensure seamless communication between multiple stakeholders managing operational workflows and supporting the efficient execution of global trade processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards You operational instructions Maintain process documentation including workflow diagrams department operating instructions and process manuals Maintain high productivity and completion of tasks within assigned cycle times with high accuracy in execution of transactions Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk Skills and Experience Some experience in trade finance operations within a banking or financial institution Excellent analytical problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in executing trade finance operations and a high level of accuracy in executing trade finance operations Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in finance business administration or a related field is recommended A relevant professional certification e g Certified Documentary Credit Specialist is a plus 5-7 years prior experience in trade finance operations within a banking or financial institution Strong understanding of Trade Finance products including letters of credit Export Negotiations guarantees and documentary collections Knowledge of international trade rules and practices including UCP600 ISP98 ISBP745 and URC522 Familiarity with Trade finance systems and technologies Excellent analytical problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in executing trade finance operations Good command of
