We have a wide variety of career opportunities around the world come find yours FinanceThe Finance department which manages the company s budgets forecasts and investments and provides analysis of our financial performance and strategies Job overview and responsibilitiesThis position is directly responsible for handling Accounts Payable division Will be responsible to process invoices and expense reports on time as per Company expense policy Will be responsible for TDS GST compliances at invoice level Will be responsible to prepare summary data for TDS and GST for return filing and other decision making purposes Will handle local labor law and STPI monthly filings Will be responsible to maintain separate books of accounts for all the stations of Company as per Indian Accounting norms and consolidation thereof Will ensure accurate booking of financial data which will be used for informed decision making and providing accurate external financial guidance Will be responsible to handle employee queries on expense reports Will review process expense reports and liaise with audit team in case any expense is in breach of company policy and local taxation Handling AP and accounting Tally ERP 9 with working knowledge of Oracle Handling TDS GST and local Labor law compliances Expense report processing This position is offered on local terms and conditions Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas even on a time-limited visa status will not be awarded This position is for United Airlines Business Services Pvt Ltd - a wholly owned subsidiary of United Airlines Inc QualificationsRequired Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or related area 2 years of accounting finance experience Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 Expert in Income Tax GST PF and local labor laws Should be adaptable to work load and be expert in accounting principles Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship Preferred MBA preferred 4 years of accounting finance experience Tally ERP 9 and Oracle ERP
