This role is perfect for HR freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will gain hands-on exposure to real-world HR processes, including onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. If you have a passion for HR, curiosity to learn, and the drive to build a strong foundation, this opportunity is for you Key Responsibilities - Support and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires - Coordinate and assist with new hire inductions and documentation - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases - Provide day-to-day operational support across HR functions - Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience - Assist with new joiner surveys and onboarding MIS tracking What We're Looking For - Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Self-starter with a learning mindset, strong attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
