Pramah Lawmen is looking for a Senior Associate to independently lead and execute matters across Corporate Advisory, Intellectual Property, and Media & Entertainment Law. The ideal candidate will handle high-level strategy, drafting, negotiation, client advisory, and manage a IP portfolios of complex legal mandates. Job Description - Advise on trade mark, copyright, design matters. - Oversee IP prosecution, filing strategies, and opposition proceedings. - Draft and negotiate IP licensing, franchise, assignment, co-branding, and technology transfer agreements. - Manage IP enforcement, including takedowns, cease & desist notices, and coordination for civil/criminal actions. - Advise production houses, creators, talent, agencies, OTT platforms, and brands on contractual and regulatory issues. Requirement: - 5–8 years of experience, with primary focus on IP and Media & Entertainment matters. - Strong understanding of corporate laws, IP statutes, and media & entertainment regulations. - Expert-level drafting and negotiation skills across commercial and creative agreements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
