Job Description for Full Stack Web Developer We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, working closely with our design teams to deliver user-friendly, performant, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Front-End Development: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Familiar with Webflow workflow to develop and manage existing websites. - Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly web applications. Back-End Development: - Manage server-side logic, integrate APIs, and manage databases using technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP. - Manage and implement robust and scalable RESTful services and APIs. - Maintain and optimize existing systems and ensure they run smoothly. Database Management: - Manage databases (SQL, NoSQL) to support the application's functionality. - Optimize database performance, and ensure data security. Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with cross-functional teams including managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver new features. - Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and maintain high code quality standards. - Keep up with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. - Proficiency in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). - Strong experience with back-end languages (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP) and frameworks. - Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
