Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Chennai at Bll Formtek Pvt Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for
generating new business leads and developing and nurturing
existing client relationships. They will also be responsible for
ensuring that sales revenue targets are met, preparing and
delivering sales pitches and presentations, forecasting sales
performance, and analyzing market trends to provide strategic
input to the business.

Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in business administration, marketing,
or a related field with 5-7 years of experience
Demonstrated experience in direct sales and key account
management, with proven success in achieving sales
targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills
Experience in formwork/construction industry would be an
added advantage
Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive
client relationships
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and
collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
