About Our Client - The employer is one of the leading PE firms in ESGRC space, looking for establish their Finance GCC in Madurai. Job Description - Finance Process Management - Oversee end-to-end finance processes including O2C, R2R, and P2P for portfolio entities. - Compliance & Taxation - Ensure adherence to Indian tax regulations, corporate governance, statutory compliance, and GST requirements. - Process Transition & Integration - Drive migration of finance processes into internal platforms and ensure seamless data flow to central systems. - Stakeholder & Scale Management - Manage key stakeholders and lead a team size of 70+ initially, including M&A activities. - Reporting & Data Governance - Deliver accurate financial outputs, maintain data integrity, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. The Successful Applicant - Prominent Finance Background with experience in setting up GCCs - CA | CMA | MBA-Finance with 10 years + of experience - Service background people will be preferred - Core Experience in GL, AP, AR, Taxation and compliance What's on Offer Opportunity to be a part of the core leadership team along with setting up the GCC from scratch
