Preferred Skills - Accumulated over 12+ years of experience in the Software Development Industry. - Atleast 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead in any of the technologies like .net, java, javascript etc. - Demonstrated leadership/management roles for single or multiple clients, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. - Robust technical background in Open Source and Mobile development. - Understanding of AWS, GCP or Azure. - Proficiency in Agile project management. - Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies in the industry. - Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
