Job Overview - HVAC Engineer Supervisor An HVAC Engineer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation operation maintenance and troubleshooting of Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning systems at project sites or client facilities The role involves supervising technicians ensuring timely completion of preventive and breakdown maintenance coordinating with clients and contractors managing material and site documentation and ensuring safety compliance The position requires strong technical knowledge problem-solving ability and effective team coordination to ensure uninterrupted HVAC operations and customer satisfaction Key Responsibility Areas KRAs - Supervision of Technicians Allocate daily tasks monitor work quality and ensure adherence to SOPs Preventive Maintenance Execution Plan and ensure timely completion of all PM activities as per schedule Breakdown Analysis Resolution Respond to equipment failures troubleshoot issues and ensure quick restoration Site Operations Monitoring Oversee chiller VRF AHU FCU operations and maintain optimal performance parameters Material Tools Management Ensure availability of required spares consumables and tools at the site Client Coordination Communicate job progress maintenance updates and ensure client satisfaction Safety Compliance Enforce safe working practices PPE usage and adherence to company HSE policies Documentation Reporting Maintain daily logs service reports checklists material consumption records Vendor Contractor Coordination Assist in supervision of third-party work like coil cleaning chemical treatment etc Energy Efficiency Monitoring Monitor system performance report abnormalities and suggest energy-saving measures Job Type Full-time Pay 9 603 88 - 20 902 33 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
