Key Requirements:

- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process)
- 10+ years in heavy industry
- Strong leadership, project delivery, and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of engineering standards and statutory requirements
- Experience in remote sites and managing teams
