PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP OFFICER The Public Relations Officer PRO is responsible for ensuring smooth patient services and effective communication between patients families and hospital departments The role oversees front office operations supports the Relations Manager and coordinates essential diagnostic services such as X-ray laboratory tests and CT scans The PRO also manages the admission desk ensuring accurate registration documentation and a seamless admission process With a focus on customer service efficiency and patient satisfaction the PRO plays a key role in enhancing the overall patient experience within the hospital DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the front office operations ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors Assist the Relations Manager in handling patient queries concerns and service-related issues to ensure a positive patient experience Coordinate diagnostic services including X-ray Laboratory CT Scan MRI and other investigations ensuring timely appointments and smooth patient flow Oversee the admission desk operations including patient registration admission procedures documentation and bed allocation Ensure accurate data entry verification of patient details and proper maintenance of records for admissions and diagnostics Guide patients and their families through hospital processes billing-related inquiries and service locations within the facility Liaise with clinical and non-clinical departments to resolve patient needs and support seamless service delivery Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights while addressing concerns professionally and promptly Support the department in managing patient feedback complaints and grievance redressal processes Ensure all front office and admission desk staff follow hospital policies standards and customer service protocols Requirements Education MBA MHA MSW Experience Minimum 1 year in hospital Female candidates preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Experience total work 2 years Required Work Location In person
