Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in Company Law and FEMA Compliances
- Draft notices, board resolutions, and general meeting resolutions
- Maintain statutory registers and other secretarial records
- Prepare and file ROC forms and other regulatory documents
- Support the secretarial and legal team in daily compliance-related tasks
- Liaise with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other statutory authorities as needed.
- Knowledge of compliance calendars and timelines

Required Skills:

- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable corporate laws
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to learn and adapt to real-world corporate environments
- Research skills ability to interpret new circulars, rules, and notifications
- Attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and integrity

Eligibility:

- Must have completed the CS Executive Programme
- Willingness to undergo training as per the ICSI Modified Training Structure.
- Pursuing LLB will be strongly preferred.
