We're Hiring - Assistant Sales Manager / Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Bengaluru | Full-time | - Travel as per business needs

Specialization: Railway & Metro Infrastructure | Energy Absorption Solutions | Technical Sales

We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager / Technical Sales Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in technical sales, particularly in Railway, Metro, and Infrastructure sectors.

What You'll Do:

- Lead technical-commercial proposals and tender submissions

- Engage with Metro Rail OEMs, Operators, Consultants, and Infrastructure giants (L&T, Tata Projects, IRCON, etc.)

- Participate in solution selling and technical discussions

- Manage order finalization, commercial negotiations & payment follow-ups

- Collaborate with internal teams for product development & forecasting

- Analyze market trends and drive business growth

What We're Looking For:

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- Strong network in Indian Railways, Metro systems, and Infra sector

- Proven success in technical sales and tender management

- Self-motivated, excellent communicator, and a natural relationship builder
