Drive overall performance for Call center Collection.

Monitoring key metrics on daily basis Contactability, PTPs, Conversions.

Customer segmentation to drive contactability and TF conversion.

Campaign design.

Incentive scheme design and roll out.

Review and improve day to day operations.

Initiatives to improve PTPs, contacts, conversions.

Call Center engagement, visibility and branding.

Field Management - To set up and manage field collections team in respective states & drive them for the numbers with proper planning. Finalising the pick agencies.
