Coordination & Communication Work with front-office staff to support customer and vendor requirements. Maintain professional communication through emails, phone calls, and messaging platforms. Ensure timely coordination with internal teams for smooth business operations. Skills & Competencies Required Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications. Strong typing speed and accuracy. Good knowledge of data management and documentation practices. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
