Job Description Job Title : Lead Cloud Native Platform Location: Bangalore Experience: 812 Years Profile Summary We are seeking a senior professional to lead initiatives across cloud-native platform development, DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, and Kubernetes (AKS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in AKS development, DevOps toolbox, Unix/Linux administration, and platform development, along with experience in SonarQube for code quality governance. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade platforms with high reliability, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities - Lead cloud-native platform development and application deployment on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). - Design, deploy, and manage AKS clusters including networking, security, scaling, and CI/CD integration. - Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure DevOps. - Administer Unix/Linux environments and develop shell scripts to automate operational tasks. - Design and implement high-availability platform services with robust monitoring and alerting. - Configure, integrate, and govern SonarQube for code quality across teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, optimize platform performance, and ensure security compliance. Mandatory Skills - 812 years of relevant IT experience. - Strong hands-on experience with AKS (56 years of application deployment, networking, security, and scaling). - Proficiency in DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, GitOps) and Azure DevOps. - Solid Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting skills. - Proven ability to design highly available and scalable platform services. - Strong experience in SonarQube setup, integration, and governance. Good to Have - AKS Developer Certification. - Experience in enterprise-grade cloud-native platforms and multi-cloud deployments. - Hands-on exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
