THIS IS A LONG-TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST, GLOBAL, TECHNOLOGY LEADERS. Key Responsibilities - Develop high-quality, secure, scalable code for customer-facing products. - Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers to understand and refine functional requirements. - Contribute to architectural design and subsystem relationships; participate in design reviews. - Prototype and evaluate new technologies, algorithms, and approaches. - Break complex technical problems into smaller, manageable tasks with clear solutions. - Ensure all software meets performance benchmarks and quality expectations. - Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles for code implementation and maintenance. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institution. - 5-7 years of programming experience in Web and Cloud technologies. - Strong foundation in JavaScript, including concepts such as prototype-based inheritance, scopes, event loop, and memory management. - Expertise in React and TypeScript, with strong knowledge of ES6 features (spread operators, arrow functions, etc.). - Strong understanding of OOAD concepts. - Experience with at least one backend programming language. - Knowledge of modern front-end paradigms: Pub-Sub, Redux, RxJS, Service Workers, Client Caching, Lazy Loading, Dynamic Injection, Bundle Optimization, etc. - Hands-on experience with CSS3, HTML5, and ability to build modular, reusable UI components. - Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs. - Hands-on experience with Relational or NoSQL databases. - Solid understanding of TDD, unit testing, and designing testable UI components. - Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. - Proficient with Postman API Platform. Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience with C++. - Experience with Python. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Docker and Jenkins. - Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS). - Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, and SQS.
