Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer Lead to join our dynamic team in Other Karnataka. As a lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding our team to deliver high-quality visualizations that meet our clients needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the 3D visualization team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. - Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions that enhance their vision. - Utilize advanced software tools such as Vray and 3ds Max to create stunning visual representations of architectural designs. - Oversee the revenue generation process by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. - Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and grow within the company. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization to ensure our offerings remain competitive. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in 3D visualization or a related field. - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, particularly Vray and 3ds Max . - Strong skills in revenue generation and client handling, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality visual content. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with a day schedule, and the work mode is on-site. We are offering an attractive annual salary of 7,00,000 for the right candidate.
