Known for its city aerial tours and special pilgrimage helicopter trips like the Vaishno Devi Yatra and Char Dham Yatra, Accretion Aviation delivers unique, high-quality experiences tailored for every need. The company also offers air and ground ambulance services, providing flexible solutions for medical emergencies throughout India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Indore. The Executive Assistant will manage and coordinate executive schedules, handle administrative responsibilities, assist with expense reporting, and provide executive-level support. The individual will act as a key point of communication for internally and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating productivity. Salary Budget will be around 2.4 LPA CTC Qualifications - Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, Event Management and Administrative Assistance - Proficiency in creating and managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support - Excellent verbal and written Communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Willing to Travel Within the city if needed as per the requirement - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Office Suite or similar software - Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field is preferred - Must have own two-wheeler vehicle and driving license
