We're looking for a Curriculum Manager to lead content strategy and development for the Andhra Pradesh State Board (Grades 610). If you're passionate about state board education, curriculum alignment, and building high-impact learning experiencesthis is for you
What You'll Do:
- Own curriculum planning, creation, and execution aligned with AP SCERT guidelines.
- Lead a team of SMEs across core subjects with a focus on Telugu localization and inclusivity.
- Build teaching aids, assessments, and digital content aligned with pedagogy and state standards.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and implementation teams to scale content impact.
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
- Drive feedback-based improvements using field data and user insights.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in curriculum design, academic leadership, or content development for Andhra Pradesh State Board.
- Strong understanding of AP SCERT curriculum and pedagogy.
- Experience managing academic teams and end-to-end content projects.
- Skilled in EdTech tools, MS Office, data analysis, and AI-assisted content creation.
- Passion for inclusive education and learner-centered design.
