This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 12-20 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: bangalore JobType: full-time Requirements Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or content-driven marketing, preferably within SaaS or B2B technology sectors. - Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and design teams. - Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels while consistently meeting targets and deadlines. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel metrics to inform strategy and improve performance. - Skilled at crafting compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with target audiences and drives conversion. - Experience managing multiple growth initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with growth tools, SEO principles, analytics platforms, and performance tracking to optimize marketing efforts. - Data-driven and creative, able to blend experimentation, insights, and strategy to accelerate growth.
