Logistics done differently XPO is a US Fortune 500 multinational company that provides LTL Less Than Truckload freight transportation services XPO is one of the largest providers of asset-based less-than-truckload LTL transportation in North America Together with its business in Europe XPO serves approximately 48 000 customers with 554 locations and 38 000 employees In India we have a captive setup with offices in Pune and Hyderabad Pay benefits and more We are eager to attract the best so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package including medical insurance OPD benefits term insurance accidental insurance etc Position Description This position focuses on performing end-to-end tests for UKG Pro WFM Time and Attendance Kronos WFC timekeeping and scheduling applications This includes the identification of Functional Technical and Integration-related defects and effectively documenting defects to expedite resolution What youll do on a typical day Review project deliverables including requirement specifications functional design documents and technical design documents Create Test cases and Test Plans needed for requirements and Execute Test cases Define and manage test data required for testing activities ensuring data integrity and privacy Documents defects and retest fixes on time Maintain test evidence and test artifacts for audit compliance Delivers day-to-day assignments with a high level of quality and attention to detail Provide status and review key deliverables to the manager for review before publishing Qualifications 3-5 years of testing experience in Kronos application Proven experience as a Test Analyst or a similar role Strong understanding of software testing concepts methodologies and best practices Proficiency in test case design test execution defect management and test reporting Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems like JIRA Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision Experience working with functional and technical teams spread across the geographies Hands-on experience with the UKG Pro WFM Time and Attendance Module including advanced pay rules config testing Be Part Of Something Big
