Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical PPC Specialist to manage pay-per-click campaigns across Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-driven strategy. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms. - Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns. - Optimize campaigns daily to achieve targeted KPIs including ROAS, CPL, CPC, and CPA. - Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments. - Keyword & Competitor Research - Perform extensive keyword research to create effective campaign structures. - Analyze competitor ads, market trends, and bidding strategies. Analytics & Reporting - Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools. - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies. - Budget Management - Monitor daily budgets and adjust bids to maximize results. - Ensure optimum utilization of monthly ad spend with accuracy and ROI focus. - Creative & Collaboration - Work closely with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives. - Suggest improvements in landing pages for higher conversion rates. Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center. - Excellent analytical skills and understanding of performance metrics. - Experience working with service-based or e-commerce brands (preferred). - Strong communication skills and ability to explain campaign insights clearly. - Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (added advantage). Preferred Candidate Profile - Performance-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
