About The Job:
JOB OBJECTIVES
As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will assist the users in solving their day to day issues. Actively engage in analysing the issue and be responsible for quality, on-time delivery of your functional area's deliverables.
It is expected that the Senior Functional Consultant possess deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012's Finance and Supply Chain Management capabilities and functionalities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with users and internal business stakeholders to the issue and giving resolution meeting the SLAs
- Prepare functional specification for customizations required for Dynamics AX 2012 ERP implementations.
- Prepare Knowledge Articles, User Manuals and Training Plans for new requirements
- Ensure project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully as per the plan.
Mandatory:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for Finance and SCM is required
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Certification on SCM Module is a must
- Should have sound domain knowledge
- Capability to evaluate customers business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality
- Should be self-motivated and should possess problem solving approach
- Should possess user training experience
- Should be capable to prepare and facilitate product training
Desirable:
- Candidates with additional certification are a plus.
- Ability to learn new systems and do adequate impact analysis
- Strong time management skill and multitasking abilities
