Job Title Technical Lead - NET Location Trivandrum Experience 7-12 years Employment Type Full-time About the role We are looking for a Technical Lead - NET to design develop and optimize secure scalable web applications The ideal candidate has 8 years of experience in software development including 5 years working with NET Framework and C and a track record of leading teams driving innovation and mentoring developers This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions while following industry best practices Key Responsibilities Design develop and optimize scalable secure NET applications Lead architectural discussions ensure high-quality code and drive technical innovation Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve performance Guide and mentor team members fostering an environment where diverse perspectives contribute to innovation Maintain technical documentation to support knowledge-sharing and process improvement Required skills Qualifications 8 years in software development including 5 years in NET Framework and C Proficiency in NET Core ASP NET MVC REST Web API and SQL Server Experience in JavaScript HTML5 CSS and front-end frameworks Angular or Vue js Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in agile collaborative environments Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming OOP dependency injection asynchronous programming and unit testing Familiarity with microservices architecture containerization Docker Kubernetes and DevOps practices Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing Preferred skills Experience leading teams guiding projects and managing development timelines Exposure to cloud platforms Azure AWS and deployment strategies Experience integrating AI ML models into NET applications a plus
