What We’re Looking For: Ø Market and place IT consultants (bench candidates) with tier-1 vendors and direct clients. Ø Develop new vendor relationships and maintain existing ones. Ø Work closely with consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and job requirements. Ø Submit qualified consultants to appropriate job requirements on job portals, social media, and through networking. Ø Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients. Ø Prepare consultants for interviews and follow up after client interviews. Ø Maintain an internal database of consultants and track their status. Ø Ensure timely updates on consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements.
