Role Overview
As Cluster Head, you'll oversee a portfolio of key accounts, guiding strategy, execution, and team performance. You'll serve as a growth partner to clients while ensuring the internal team delivers cohesive, high-impact work across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead point of contact for senior client stakeholders, driving strategic direction and brand growth
- Oversee 360° digital campaigns across content, media, and influencer functions
- Ensure smooth execution of deliverables across accounts, aligned with business objectives
- Manage account health, profitability, and resource allocation across the cluster
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, conducting regular reviews and driving performance
- Lead strategic conversations, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business development
What You Bring
- 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or integrated communications (agency experience preferred)
- Strong track record in managing multi-platform campaigns and client relationships
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, and content planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring teams and managing complex account structures
