We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Designer to create and digitize embroidery patterns suitable for school corporate medical and industrial uniforms The ideal candidate should be familiar with embroidery software and capable of developing logo-based and text-based embroidery designs efficiently ensuring consistent quality in bulk production Key Responsibilities Design and digitize embroidery logos names badges and custom patterns for uniforms Understand fabric types and suggest appropriate embroidery methods flat 3D applique etc Use embroidery digitizing software such as Wilcom or Tajima DG to prepare production-ready files Coordinate with the production team to ensure accuracy in embroidery output Review client branding requirements and translate them into embroidery formats Test sample runs on embroidery machines and adjust stitch density size and placement as needed Maintain a digital archive of embroidery designs samples and client approvals Monitor thread usage machine compatibility and suggest improvements Ensure uniform branding consistency across bulk orders and branches Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in embroidery designing preferably in uniform manufacturing Proficient in embroidery digitizing software Strong understanding of thread types needle usage and fabric behavior Ability to work under tight production deadlines with accuracy Attention to detail and understanding of logo placement standards for uniforms Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Morning shift Work Location In person Expected Start Date 17 07 2025
