We're Hiring: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

About the Role:

Fabzen Technologies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for professionals with over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance who are looking to leverage their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. If you have a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute the overall financial strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives

· Drive fundraising efforts (Series A/B), including financial modelling, investor decks, and due diligence

· Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, VCs, and financial institutions

· Lead IPO planning and regulatory compliance for listing readiness (if applicable)

· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial controls

· Work closely with leadership on revenue planning, unit economics, and valuation strategy

· Ensure legal and financial compliance with relevant laws (Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.)

Requirements:

· Proven experience in start-up finance, fundraising, or investment banking

· Qualifies CA only

· Strong understanding of start-up valuation, cap tables, and financial modelling

· Excellent communication and investor-handling skills

· Prior experience with IPO process or Series A/B fundraising is a strong plus

· Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
