All employment decisions at Synechron are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to the applicant’s gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. - Lead a team of digital support engineers to provide top-notch technical support for our applications and APIs developed in Golang and Java. - Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to APIs, AWS services, and overall digital infrastructure. - Develop and implement troubleshooting guides and best practices for the support team. - Coordinate with product development, engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution. - Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on product development and support initiatives. - Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on issue resolution, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and proactive communication. - Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the support framework and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on support metrics to senior management. - Mentor and train support team members on technical skills, tools, and processes. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team capabilities.
